Meet the Team
We have been in business since 1985 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the last 20 years we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
As a Licensed Real Estate Broker with MCO Management Group, Jose Renta takes pride in guiding his clients through every step of managing a home. He combines his 20 years in title experience with real estate skills to better assist his clients and guide his team to successfully make sure the client is maximizing their home investment property and making the transaction a low stress experience.
Jose utilizes valuable communication skills he learned working in the timeshare industry, including two years at Universal Studios, to ensure his clients experience is pleasant. Committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, he also works with owners who might need extra help and support.
As the Lic. Real Estate Broker for MCO Management Group, he manages single family homes and as Community Association Manager manages over 70 townhomes in the Miami FL area. He is also a Lic Real Estate Broker for Venture Home Realty providing his Team members the support needed in every aspect of a real estate transactions. He strongly believes working in a team environment enhances the chances of a client having a better experience in any of the services MCO Management Group offers. Jose not only supports his Orlando office, he also works diligently to ensure his clients’ real estate transactions are closed in a timely and efficient manner. He also runs the sister company MCO Title Group where he oversees real estate closings as a Lic. Title Insurance Agent, a company underwritten by Stewart Title Insurance Company and Westcor Land Title Insurance.
In his spare time, Jose enjoys traveling, playing volleyball and spending time with friends.
