Can you hold a place before I apply?
Unfortunately we cannot hold a place unless the application process is completed and approval process completed. Minimum security deposit will be required to hold a place. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Normally we only require first month rent and security deposit, however if for some reason in order to qualify the last month rent is required then yes all payments will be required in order to move in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 Years of agent with credit history and rent history preferably. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are refundable after moving out and the property has not damages and returned in the original condition it was received except for the normal wear and tear. -
Who needs a cosigner?
A person who’s credit history is damaged and/or unable to qualify by income. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply online in our website under tenants tab. -
How do I pay rent?
Payments can be made at your convenience in our resident/tenant portal. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Pets are accepted depending on the property and a pet fee may be collected. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Everyone who signs a lease is equally responsible for the same until the end date -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Owners are responsible for the repairs unless there was a different agreement please check your lease
