Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
In most areas, landlords are not required to accept Section 8 tenants. But there are some regions and states where there are some limitations about when landlords can and cannot deny an application by a Section 8 voucher holder. Landlords that would like to accept Section 8 Tenants will have to be approved by local housing authority. -

Can I reach you after hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST but you can reach us out via owner’s portal 24/7 -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we will set up your bank account for directly deposit in the account of your preference. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You can get to see the lease and have the option to give us Power of Attorney to sign on your behalf -
Do you sell real estate too?
As a full-service real estate company, we also sell properties too. -
How and when do I get my checks?
In most cases around the 10 th of each month and after tenant payment clears our account. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants will have access to make monthly payments via the tenant’s portal in our website. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Most leases are signed for a year. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
It is standard to collect first month rent and security deposit but last month can be collected as well in special circumstances. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can have you set up in about a week after agreement signed by all parties -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single family homes, condominium, townhomes, and communities -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Your will have access to our owner’s portal where you will be up to date in your account information 24/7 -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
MCO Management Group will hold the tenant’s security in our escrow account
